The room was awesome! Very unique and interesting design. Perfect for a trip where you are looking for something different than the normal hotel. The room has everything you need and is within walking distance of a great beach and lots of food. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic room with a comfortable bed and beautiful design. The only drawback is mosquitos in the indoor/outdoor bathroom, which left me with several bites. The location was close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, etc. I’m actually excited to try more DW properties now as well

Verde by DW was the perfect place for my stay in PR. The location was safe and close to every thing I wanted to do, everyone was so hospitable and were very responsive to any questions I have. I cant believe we were so lucky to find this place with ONE room left! We stayed at the VERDE location and everything was as seen. Sooo comfortable after a long flight. Communication was also very good. Both email and phone calls were used to check in aslnd request additional time to check out. We were allowed to wait at the DREAMCATCHER location with our luggage safely stored, eat some wonderful vegan/vegetarian food, and relaxation at the beach. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dont hesistate to book one of these rooms!

We had a fantastic stay at Verde by DW and would absolutely stay here again, or happily try one of their other properties. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. The arrival email was detailed and informative, with clear check-in instructions, and we also appreciated the updates about brunch and other offerings at the sister hotels. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing, I genuinely wanted to take one home with me! I also loved the unique style and design of the property. It has so much character while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. The arrival email also hinted at a fun, interactive surprise inspired by Andy Warhol. I won’t spoil it, but it’s a really unique touch that adds a bit of fun to your stay. The room had everything we needed, and every detail felt well thought out. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We’d happily stay at Verde by DW again, or try one of their other properties, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, comfortable place to stay.

This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. honestly, we were pretty disappointed. Based on the photos, we expected a nice relaxing outdoor tub, but it was just a large, dirty space with no real function—definitely not a jacuzzi or soaking tub as advertised. The showering sucked. I wish they had a regular one inside the bathroom. The WiFi was trash and I used a lot of my own personal hotspot. We feel like we made the wrong choice, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I reserved another room and they gave me another room and with all the communication I was trying to do no one cared and they were keep repeating the same thing it ended up not even staying in the room The wrong room was so basic and ugly and my apartment in NYC is much nicer I was very upset and there was no customer service and no one cared that I got the wrong room They didn’t even try to help
