The room was great! You get to see the local market from your window. The community was so nice. The staff was awesome, the bar and the kitchen are delicious.

very courteous and helpful staff. clean hotel and rooms. the room was tidied up every morning and the towels changed. the rooms correspond to those in the photos. the metro is less than 200 meters away and under the hotel there is a supermarket and an open-air market. absolutely recommended.

The staff were very helpful, especially Sofiane. He went out of his way to enable us to get transportation to CDG airport in the early hours of Friday. The only negative is that the walls of the hotel are very thin. Normal sounds, like people talking or using the bathroom, were very disruptive.

Live music at the restaurant below into the night, very loud. Conversations in other rooms clearly audible in room. Unusable WiFi strength, could not stream any content from room TV. Could not take work calls on hotel wifi.

This hotel is located in unsafe area. I have to cancel my reservation because i had a medical accident, and nobody wanted to stay there for me after see the place. I tried no explain to the hotel my situation before I arrive, but they charged me all nights without consider my situation. Note recommeded at all.

On n'a pas eu un petit dejeuner. Le personnel est très accueillant, avec le sourire en plus. La chambre est propre. La dalle qui gère le nettoyage est très aimable. Vraiment super aimable. Par contre, les travaux faites pour la rénovation de l'hôtel, ça pouvait être mieux quand même. L'entrée de l'hôtel est extra-serrée. Mais le réceptionniste est vraiment très aimable. Il est toujours là pour aider. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent. Il est desservi par tout ce qu'on petit imaginer. Transports, marché, superette, boulangerie...tout. et en plus on petit garer très facilement la voiture. Il ya même une station d'essence total à 2 minutes de l'hôtel. Très bon rapport éfficacité/prix

Une petite chambre très propre, avec une bonne literie et relativement bien insonorisée de l'activité urbaine de la rue. Hôtel dans un vieux bâtiment qui affiche avoir fait une restauration en 2023 ce qu'atteste au moins notre chambre. Accueil convivial et porte d'entrée sécurisée H24 avec une permanence. Attention pour les personnes handicapées: toutes les chambres sont en étage, ce qui n'est pas un critère bloquant pour nous. Quartier vivant, cosmopolite et populaire (à coté du marché couvert de Montreuil 3fois/semaine) à proximité du centre commercial Croix de Chavaux et de la ligne 9 Métro.

Hôtel Royal ? De nom mais pas de qualité.

A l'arrivée : le sol de la chambre n'est pas très propre et il n'y a pas de papier toilettes... Moyen mais bon. Et je découvre que les WC ont encore les traces du précédent occupant de la chambre. Et là, vraiment, ce n'est pas possible. Je demande à changer de chambre. Je règle mes petit-déjeuner au réceptionniste du soir. Et le lendemain, celui du matin m'explique que ce n'est pas indiqué et qu'il n'a pas de trace du paiement... Que j'avais fait en CB. Le petit-déjeuner a lieu dans le bar attenant : une boisson chaude, jus de fruit à disposition, pain et une viennoiserie. La qualité est moyenne. Le ménage est fait mais les savonettes sont retirées...et pas remplacées. Un soir la porte principale de l'hôtel est fermée car le réceptionniste est parti faire des courses...Heureusement qu'il est possible de rentrer par le bar. Et la propreté générale de la chambre laisse à désirer : draps et rideaux tachés... Plus que médiocre et vraiment pas professionnel.

Aucun professionnalisme!

Dur avis que le mien qui ne sera pas partagé par tout le monde. Mais un désagrément non négligeable a rendu ma nuit impossible. Les faits : en rentrant dans ma chambre je suis pris à la gorge par une forte odeur de déo bas de gamme. J'ouvre les fenêtres et part manger. Rien n'a changé à mon retour. Je signale le problème et la seule chose qu'on me propose est de couper le chauffage (par clim)! L'odeur ne se dissipera pas et je n'ai pas pu dormir. Une gestion catastrophique qui traduit un manque criant de professionnalisme. A titre d'exemple, le lendemain, dans un autre hôtel, je signale un problème de chauffage lié à la console et je suis changé de chambre : simple rapide et pro.
