Hostel not a hotel

Parking was the biggest asset but this is more a hostel not a hotel, bathroom has plastic sinks and cabin is for kids, room really small and not worth money. Dangerous neighbourhood.

Very Bad hotel and bad service. Not in a convenient place and we faced a lot of trouble during our stay such as heating problem. Would not recommend at all.

This is a no frills place with basic facilities and decor. It’s fine for a work trip. Rooms are small, the bed is right there when you open the door. Clean bathroom and Nuxe hand wash is nice. Hardly any English speaking channels on the TV work, most have no reception. Very friendly Reception staff. Tip: When you get your room, ask if it’s next to a fire exit. Rm 37 is right next to one banging all the time. Message to mgt:paper cups next to kettle have a label saying “contains plastic” – come on Mercure, you need a green policy! The hotel is walking distance to Châtillon Metro

Séjours fort appréciable, l’hôtel est bien situé, agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a une fontaine à eau bien utile et on peut boire une tasse de café à n’importe quelle heure, c’est compris dans le service. Belle arrière cours avec un jardin, fort agréable.

Acabou a luz e tive de abrir a janela para dormir devido ao calor. O hotel não possui sistema gerador de energia. O elevador quebrou e o reparo demorou 24 horas, o que significa muito para um hotel da rede Mercure.
