Location is great for Roland Garros or Rock en Seine. The front desk staff have clearly had zero customer service training. There was never any warmth or welcome. The room had aircon....that did not work. Other than that....it's ok. But definitely not 4 stars.

Wonderful property and excellent reception staff. Housekeeping and maintenance needs to be improved. We were given a room with faulty air conditioning, clogged drain, broken refrigerator, bird excrement on patio chairs.
