Nice place to stay

Nice room with basic kitchen facilities and comfortable bed. Close to Metro station making it easy easy to get around the city.Lots of dining options, supermarket and laundromat close by.

Such a great stay! We had a lovely apartment with a fabulous view of Père Lachaise. It was enough room for us and our two teens. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a table for four to eat at. The neighborhood was so quiet and had almost no tourists. Metro stop was super close and plenty of dining and grocery options!

A very decent stay, not much to complain about. There was a coffee machine that worked very well but no coffee filters and it seems silly to buy a new package for every stay. The apartment doors are quite noisy, so you can hear all the other guests going to get breakfast. But all in all, good experience

Excellent location—very close proximity to the Philippe Auguste metro stop, line 2. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was well appointed and recently updated. Great price! Note there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in my room and three huge windows. The weather was cold and rainy during my visit, so I can’t speak to how comfortable one would be during hot weather. Feedback on two items: shelves or drawers needed to put clothes and the fan needed a deep clean. I had my clothes folded and placed on most of the flat surfaces in the room. If it was hot enough to use the fan, I would have notified the front desk to clean it or replace it before I would use it. This property had a significant impact on how much I enjoyed my stay in Paris!

Vlakbij een metrostation, dus heel Parijs binnen een half uur te bereiken. Goed schoon appartementje. Had 'uitstekend' gekregen als de lift niet kapot was geweest en de kluis had gewerkt (dame bij de receptie: 'oh ja, al die kluisjes hebben problemen').

Excellent emplacement : tout près du métro, épicerie, pharmacie, boulangerie et quelques bons restos à proximité. Coin tranquille et sécuritaire. Les apparts sont bien; le seul point négatif serait qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur dans la chambre, donc ça peut être très chaud en été.
