Room is clean and spacious but a bit dated. Staff are nice and accommodating. The location is quiet in a residential area I think. Restaurants and stores are within the area. Took Uber every time we go out and the price is just right. Over-all ok property.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and in a safe neighborhood. There are grocery stores nearby and have many restaurants in the area as well. The transportation go to Paris by train and subways are pretty convenience. But the breakfast had not many options and had no fresh fruits and vegetables.

I like the location which is very close to the train station, and not far from Paris. I don’t like the following: 1) straight smell in the 1st room which we stayed. 2) communication with the front desk were not that great: we were told by three difference receptionists, when we asked, that we could use the washing machine 24/7; but when we wanted to use at one night around 9pm, we were told that we could only use the machine from 8am to 8pm; which caused inconvenient to us.

Wonderful Hotel, great location, amazing staff. Mourad made our stay very delightful he is extremely hardworking and dedicated very knowledgeable and helpful, told us about many local restaurants around the area and also helped us get taxi several times. Kind and helpful staff really make you feel welcome at this hotel and make your stay enjoyable!!

The reception people were very courteous and helpful, The location is 15 minutes from the center of Paris and the subway station is not that far. The room was always kept clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

The hotel is quite new and located in a quiet residential area. The hotel is very clean, the staff efficient and room well furnished. There was only a problem with the heating system: it was not possible to control by inside the room and often it blocked.

Check in time was at 3pm. My room wasn’t ready until almost 4pm. The floor that I was originally assigned to smelled like throw up. Front desk did a poor job at communicating and I am still waiting to speak to a manager. Front test sent messages to the manager who did not show up or call to speak with me. Low water pressure and mild temp water. AC was not consistently working but there is the ability to open one of the windows. Phones don’t work so if you needed anything you had to go down to the front desk.

Excellent hotel for the money. Staff very nice. Pastry shop around the corner and bus/metro. Washer worked but dryer did not! If you are on a budget I’d highly recommend.

Excelente opción para recorrer París. A 5 minutos estación del tren, supermercado y restaurantes cerca (todos excelentes). A 30 minutos de Orly (sin tráfico). Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, remodelado, cocina, aire acondicionado, calefacción, agua caliente y un personal muy amable que aunque no hable tu odioma busca la forma de ayudarte.

Hotel located in Courbevoie-Défense neighborhood. A bit out of the way, as you have to take the L train line to reach the Paris métro system. However, you are still only 30-40 minutes away from most historical attractions in central Paris. We stayed at 37 Lodge for 1 week. We particularly appreciated the friendly and attentive greeting and service offered by hotel staff at the front desk and the daily breakfast buffet! We would definitely stay there again, given the price difference between central Paris hotels and this one. It's well worth the extra 5-10 minute train ride.
