Amenities very good, very near train station and a few 24hrs convenient stores nearby but is quiet from room no noises from the outside surroundings. Simply awesome. Will definitely book again.

Great property. Lots of space for luggage and food and groceries very close by. Having the train station right there made travel much easier. And even with the train, the room was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Check-in was challenging as you use an ipad, and they don't speak English if there is an error make sure you read there email they send you with a different itinerary number to what you may have received on Expedia. However, the accommodation is excellent for a young family of four. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it has a small kitchen and laundry with a washing machine. We found it a bit far out but plenty of local businesses nearby offering great food. A small quiet neighbourhood away from the bustle of the city. We enjoyed it and would return to this place.

The room was way better than we expected. Thereā€™s a japanese bathroom that you can heat the exact way you want to take a bath or just a quick shower. Thereā€™s good restaurants nearby aswell as a Lawson and a supermarket. The metro station is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Itā€™s a very calm place.

If safety is a concern for you this is the place! We needed 2 different codes to get into the building and felt very safe. The location is good but it is near an elevated train line that will occasionally sound like low thunder, something to be aware of for light sleepers. Pros: * Security! We felt very safe here. * Clean * Good sized space and beds. * Really close to the train station and grocery stores. Cons: * Train noise * The sofa needs to be replaced. It was stained and wouldn't hold it's shape when you sat in it, just kind of fell apart. * Location isn't special, just basic.

Enjoy Dekijima

Can be improved to excellent if checkin of large baggage were able to be stowed while waiting for checkin timing. The room does not have ironing facility. The pre checkin link did not capture our details properly and had to redo during checkin. All else provided was adequate for family stay enjoyable.

This location was initially hard to find for me, some trains wiz right by this station if you are on an express train by accident. Make sure you check if your train is called local which will stop at Dekijima Station. The room I stayed in has a good layout but the unit is a bit worn. There are lots of visible stains in the unit. Most of the restaurants are either not open, or for smoking guests only. This place is still a good place despite the cons I listed. Daiso, Lawson, Family Mart, and two grocery stores are just 2 mins away.

The lobby is well conditioned and looks clean. The apartment inside also has clean toilets, with comfortable beds and cooling air-conditioning that makes us fall asleep quickly. We will definitely come here again! Sincerely appreciate the staff helping us to find our stuff left at the apartment, good job šŸ‘ Well done šŸ‘ Thank you so much for your team effort.

This is condo like with a Japanese vibe! Clean and complete with amenities. So close to the station, we did not mind the travel from Osaka. Affordable and accommodated a family of five. Will come back next time! Took time with 5 to register at check in but okay.

So close to Dekijima station, good size for our family of four. Had grocer, family mart and Lawson near by, but the life supermarket was the best. Area was safe, but the road and train noise was noticeable, since we are used to a very quiet place, but itā€™s not a deal breaker. Big down side was the bathroom, it was mouldy and smelled bad every time we came back, so we aired it out with the ventilation and it was ok. Definitely needed a better cleaning than it had.

The accommodation is very well. Clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and we all have a pleasant stay there. However, the check in system is really poor, the iPad in the front desk should have some problems. Once I fill in the check in information, the system automatically informed that I have checked out. The first two staffs I talked int he iPad were not helpful until a foreigner lady who could speak English that could figure out our problem. we finally could enter our room. It was not my first time to live in Rakuten stay but it was definitely the horrible experience we had ever. More training for the staff in communication is needed.

The checking in was a nightmare! There was not a live person to interact with at the counter. We were greeted to a locked front door. I must have missed the check in process because I was in the air for 12 hours when they sent the pre check instruction. I ckd my email, but did not get a notification. I had to call the number provided on Expedia. There was a major language barrier when I selected English. Once we got in. There were 2 tablets at the front desk. We had to registered everyoneā€™s info including my 3 kids passports so thatā€™s a total of 5 ppl info I had to entered in which was time consuming. After we finished, we had to chat with a person on the tablet. They verified our info. I was so confused how do we know which room and passcode for the door. Had to call back using the tablet to get the info. We were already tired from the long flight and this was just an added stress to our trip. Once we were in, the layout was nice. Their attention to detail lacked because there were dusts on the partition and top of the closet. While there, we did not received cleaning service, which was fine because we can do it ourselves. The only positive: location, kitchen, washer, dryer, family mart, lawson, and 2 grocery stories with a Daiso all within a few minutes of walk. If youā€™re not tech savvy, donā€™t stay here or come to Japan. You have to figure out a lot of things using the phone. I guess they really are the future and knows how to cut back on labor budget.
