Check-in takes a while as you have to enter lots of information into the kiosk. Place is clean, bright and homey. The only issue is if your amenities are not working, the communication is poor and for me, wasn’t resolved. I just got a message back 12 hours later asking if the issue has been resolved ...

It’s quite small but very comfy. Lots of facilities. Water pressure is so very good and warm temperature.

수건을 추가로 얻으려면 비용을 지불해야 합니다. 저 같은 경우는 세탁기가 있어 수건을 세탁하고 사용했습니다만, 이 부분에 대해 귀찮아 하시는 분들도 계실 것 같습니다. 또한, 오사카 여행 중에 가장 많이 이용하는 난바역에서 거리가 조금 있어 불편할 수 있습니다. 그외 모든 점이 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗했고, 에어컨도 빵빵했고, 오픈한지 얼마 안 돼서 시설도 정말 좋았습니다.

It is service apartment so you must help yourself but its fair for this price.

Good location and easy walk to shopping. Room is very clean and we love it. Have family mart and supermaket nearly here.

ไม่มีเครื่องซักผ้า ตามที่แจ้งไว้ ที่นอน นอนแล้วยุบลงไป นอนไม่สบายเท่าที่ควร

อยากให้มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนู สำหรับการเข้าพักหลายๆคืน
