"Kaz was so lovely, enjoyed our chat, dinner, especially dessert, was very good and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes as too were the views from our cabin."
"We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a king room on the ground floor. Very convenient for driving to Whakapapa ski field. Cosy bar and dining room for the evenings, and pleasant staff. Note for future guests, the bathroom is very small. Daily room service available if desired. We will stay again. "
"Stayed during a weekend skiing at Whakapapa. Very convenient location. Lady at check in very friendly & helpful. Lots of DVDs available to watch for a quiet night in. Bed comfortable, walls thin so could hear next room but not an issue & slept very well. Would definitely stay again"
