Helpful staff and good restaurant on site. The room was clean, albeit super hot and there was no fan or air con. The kitchen is small considering the size of the site but had most things one would need.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. It's right near the main road but traffic noises couldn't be heard from inside at night

Used Tongariro crossing shuttle really friendly driver and convenient pick up with parking at ski biz. Booking online was easy and if you are doing the crossing you need a shuttle as departing and arrival are two different locations.
