"The staff are exceptionally hard working. Very friendly, polite, helpful. Their English language is limited, yet they still go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. It is an old establishment, yet the cleanliness was excellent and up to my high standards. We felt safe and comfortable. I am Autistic and sensitive to lights and noise, neither were a problem. "The bed was comfy, room was cozy, close to national park and restaurants. Hot tub area needs some attention. Chairs were worn and cushions moldy. No instructions on how to work hot tub. TV only has 13 channels. Otherwise perfect for 1 night."

"The room was very spacious it had a small balcony, a kitchenette which was a bit small but manageable and a hot tub which was round and accommodated more than 1 person, it was luxurious to use. Walkable to town, a bit noisy on the main road and we only saw 1 staff member who was pleasant but we did have to go away for an hour till the room was ready, which was already past the 2pm arrival time, but it was worth the wait."

"We stayed 2 nights in the ‘deluxe’ double room No 4 directly behind reception. The self check-in process was very easy to use. I suspect like everyone else we were there to do the Alpine Crossing. So in that context it suited us fine, only a few minutes drive to the pickup point. The room was en-suite, the shower was okay once it warmed up and it had a decent TV with a range of channels. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall very good value."
