"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. "Great property, breakfast included and 4 chf per night for parking. Great breakfast and views are breathtaking from the room. As property were old and under construction, there was bit mess around and no fans or AC. We left windows open with lights off so no bees or insects visit us. However, we enjoyed best mountain views with easy parking and great variety of breakfast. "

"I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please."
