"Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort Interlaken and it was an excellent choice for our family of five. The room was very large and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring the area. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between both train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything Interlaken has to offer. One of the standout features was the view—absolutely amazing and a perfect backdrop to our stay. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, and well-located option for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Hilltop lodging with Swiss charm just outside Interlaken city center. Car is helpful (free parking!) as there are not many walkable conveniences nearby. Room was comfortable with great views over Interlaken and mountains. Included with stay breakfast is good - standard continental. Staff is excellent - super helpful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here!"

"This hotel is very accessible to places you want to visit in Switzerland. Richard is very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Quiet and easy to find. There are not a lot of restaurant close by but drivable if needed. The most beautiful thing that we experience is the VIEW of the mountains across the beautiful lake. "
