The hotel is in a central location making it convenient to walk in either direction. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. We woke up to a snowy morning and it was awesome to go out on my balcony for pictures.

Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable.

Stunning views from the room and balconuy

Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

The hotel made me feel like I was in Switzerland and not in a generic hotel that could be found anywhere. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was perfect, a great way to start our day of hiking. The location was great, central to everything we wanted to do.

Love this place

Loved this hotel. Very accommodating and welcoming, with a lovely room. It didn't have a fridge but we used the balcony to keep things cool. Would visit again any time.

Staff at the property/hotel/restaurant were very friendly. Front desk/concierge was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. Property was very well maintained, though obviously a little older. Meal in the restaurant was excellent. Location was fantastic and the scenery can't be beat. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room and view were excellent. The housekeeping was terrible. First day they did nothing but made the bed, leaving dirty towels on the floor. The second day they never came. We ran out of TP and had to go to the common restroom to get some, not so cool.

Wonderful small, friendly hotel in the heart of Mürren. The room was nice, good firm bed, updated bathroom with good shower pressure, and a very nice breakfast. One improvement would be changing to regular glass in the dining room so you can see outside. The restaurant wasn't open the 3 nights we were there but there were plenty of other options.

Great hotel and location

A great location near lifts and restaurants. We enjoyed the room and everything we clean. The receptionist was very nice. We appreciated the hotel for allowing ua to store our luggage while we explores the town. The breakfast also had a great selection of simple fares like meusli, bread, cheeses and deli meats. Coffee was served to us by a waiter. We would come back again.

Probably the only complaint is that the room was too hot, even with turning down the heat all the way. The down comforters are more for a room that is heated to about 15 C (60F). Our breakfast was very nice, and delicious!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was perfect and spacious. Although dated, it was clean and we had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing Mountain View’s from our bedroom, and the staff was extremely helpful. The Coop was literally across the street opposite the hotel, cable cars and trains within a 3, 5 and 7 minute walking distance was so helpful. Hand on heart, if we could afford it, we would live in Mürren forever. The views were incredible, it was like scenes from the Alpine movies. So grateful we got to experience such beauty.
