"I stayed on a day with lots of snow. It was beautiful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. All the staff were lovely and very friendly."

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...
"Great stay and literally next to the train station and the Mannlichen cable car so everything was super convenient and walkable. I didnt get to tey the spa but their restaurant was delicious and they give you 10% off which was great. "

"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren,...

"While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."
