Very friendly saff but we needed to go different building for breakfast and all food was located in very narrow carridor instead of the dinning room. It was crowded and didn’t look hygienic. I am very sorry but this not what I expected from hotel in Switzerland. I choose that place based on photos which are very beautiful. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our family Christmas trip and this was the biggest disappointment even the staff was excellent. I think they have to be more clear what to expect from the hotel to get the right customers. It should be budget hotel because restrictions of the buildings design. I would also recommend renovation. We enjoyed the stay but we will choose different hotel in the future.

Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

A true Swiss style hotel. It had great character. Our room was large and hotel only 10 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. Friendly staff.

It’s a beautiful walk to the center city but in a much quieter location. Only negative is lack of air conditioning but I must say, you get used to not having one fairly quickly

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Very good and cooperative staff. The hotel is also located within walking distance to the city center. The rooms were neat and clean as well as the staff was highly helpful for all support required.

Lovely stay

Amazing location, easy parking, friendly staff. Pet friendly in that it allows dogs (but could do with better pet friendly breakfast location during rainy weather. Eating outside or taking breakfast to room on paper plates is not ideal). Pillows are terrible. Has everything you need though.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, very family orientated. Amazing views from the rooms, which were warm and comfortable. Only downside was not a lot odlf parking, but the hotel provide bus passes to get to and from the bars/restaurants and all the tourist hotspots.

Property has a beautiful garden and picnic area. View from our room balcony was a great picture of Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good (free!) and staff attentive and informative. Hotel is decorated with beautiful period photos and antiques.

Our room was very clean and cozy. We arrived on a hot day and used the supplied, much-needed fan to move the air around. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet ample.

While the property is older, it had everything that we needed. It was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. We had the family room that had two single beds on the first floor with two single beds upstairs. The room was small, but it was adequate. I really loved opening the windows to let the fresh air in during the month of April. The window and the ceiling was leaking water just a little bit. But it was taken care of by the maintenance guy after we had reported it to the front desk.
