"The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel."

"The Kensington is a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff. We had a twin room and the only complaint we had is that it was ridiculously tiny! We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it wasn’t a huge issue, however, for the cost a larger space is much preferred. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and pretty sitting area. The neighborhood is fantastic- wedged between 2 tube stations and there are a slew of restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. South Kensington from is beautiful and quiet...
"This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at 54 Queen’s Gate. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff were so warm and welcoming — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a crib already set up for our young son, which we really appreciated. "What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location.
