"Great room and staff. The rooms were well appointed, and the air conditioning worked well. We really appreciated the helpful staff and the free water each day. The hotel is also in a very central location for sight seeing in Tokyo. We were there in summer and used the umbrellas frequently. The only two issues we had were that the laundry machine dryer basically didn’t work (which they warned you about), and the shower lights turned on kind of lit up the main room due to the tempered glass."
