Beautiful property. Modern. Stunning views. Incredibly helpful staff and super clean. Design forward room layout and decor - very chic. More storage overall and some space in the bathroom would have been nice. A bit disappointed in the food. I expected more from the restaurant - it’s hotel food. Breakfast insanely expensive - decent options are available in the immediate surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The gym/pool area was lovely, clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional.

This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples but not for families because the shower and tub is visible from the bedroom.

An excellent hotel with great transport links to most of Tokyo. There are two train stations a short walk from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and rooms are a very good size. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!
