One of the more spacious hotels we stayed in while in Tokyo, and it was excellent all around - very clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast was great too! Location wise it’s a little farther from popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku but was close to Ginza so there is still lots to do nearby!Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is fine. There for 2 nights waiting to fly out. Room is clean and usual Tokyo compact. Everything is there. Breakfast was really poor and I would suggest going out for breakfast. Hotel is clean and perfect for walk to monorail for the airport.

Lovely modern hotel focused on tea and matcha specifically. They offer free matcha service during certain hours which is a nice touch. Corner room was clean, spacious and quiet. Plenty of options for breakfast with more matcha touches. :) we even experienced 4.9 magnitute earthquake during our stay and felt safe. Stations are a bit of walk but not a huge problem for us.

Very clean rooms and public areas, lovely staff who were quick and genuinely helpful, and an excellent location. A 7-Eleven is literally a few steps away, which made everything easy. One of the better hotels I stayed at in Japan. Excellent value for the price!

If you like your beds firm, like concrete, then this is your hotel. We spent 5 nights there and every morning, my wife and I would wake up with back aches. Beds were extremely firm. Breakfast buffet was so so. It was more appetizers, mostly seafood. If you like seafood early in the morning, then you should be good. Other than this two comments, hotel is well kept and clean.

Everything is well appointed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet and spacious (for Tokyo) room. The only downside is a bit of walk from station unless if you are planning to take taxi to and from.
