Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers !

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious which is not something easy to come by in Tokyo. The staff were extremely helpful. Clean rooms and comfy bath. Plus there are coin laundry rooms downstairs. The hotel itself is located close to two train stations and is away from the usual touristy spots with easy access to those areas. Highly recommended!

We loved the Kintaro & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Arriving at the hotel you find a beautiful, elegant lobby and a welcoming reception. Our room was clean, quiet, quite spacious and very well appointed with generous amenities and a complimentary mini bar. The bed was very comfortable and the soft night shirts were a nice touch. I regretted that we never got to check out the rooftop because it doesn’t open until 6 pm and we were generally on our way out for the evening by then but we had a good room service meal on our first night.

A perfect stay at The Kitano Hotel - the area is quiet and peaceful, conveniently located by the metro to travel to central areas like Ginza and Shibuya. Our room was huge and comfortable, staff were very friendly and spoke good English.

The Kitano gets it right.

A very good hotel which is impeccable. The staff were very accommodating. Cleanliness is clearly a priority. As is generally the case in Japan, the beds were very firm.

Excellent facilities, much larger rooms than average for Tokyo, friendly staff, exceptional dining options in the property and a 1 minute walk to the Nagatacho station on the Hanzomon/Yurakucho lines makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. 10 min walk from dining and entertainment options in Akasaka, but otherwise in a very quiet business district.
