"It’s in the right spot and amenities are clean"

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "

"Beautiful property, excellent food and a wide variety of dining options on property. Convenient to the metro, and very helpful staff everywhere you turned. Only thing that could have been an improvement, is if the spa steam/ sauna facilities would have been accessible for guests…they do have a small gym with shower, but the steam and sauna is part of a separate spa area that was an extra charge for day use."

"This hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and train stations not far. I booked this hotel as I have a very tall husband and we needed a king size bed. The room is quite big for Japan standards but the bathroom is quite small. The bathroom has the basic amenities like soap, shampoo/conditioner and even facial cleanser products. They do have an amenities bar at the reception so you can grab other amenities you need. The room had no view but big sized windows and the tv only has Japanese channels with no english channels. So at times it was quite entertaining trying to figure out what was going on. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay when you want a decent sized room."
