"When the ordered an Uber from the airport to this hotel, the driver questioned my stay there and said it would not be safe. I told him that I had prepaid so needed to go anyway. When we arrived, none of the staff spoke English so my driver translated and said I was checking in. Everyone at the desk seemed surprised that someone was checking in. "While the staff were lovely- however, they were just kids. As a single solo traveler (female) I would cannot recommend this motel-even for only one night near airport. Door barely locked. Kinda frightening, really. Had I not had a bad travel bug, I would have left. Not the greatest part of town either."

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. Aun así las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas."

"The property was off of a busy highway. I checked in over a speaker at the front gate. There were no keys to the residence. This was a strange experience that I don’t care to repeat.
