"Construction at the moment"

"A pleasure"

"Staff was great. Room wasn’t impressive."

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"Beautiful modern chic"

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet. Great location. Will definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I booked The William Vale for October 25–27 to celebrate our wedding night. What should have been a beautiful, relaxing experience turned into an absolute disaster. We arrived late Sunday after our wedding, only to find that our room was extremely small, cramped, and claustrophobic. The balcony view was also nowhere near what the online photos led us to expect. Monday was supposed to be our day to relax and enjoy the hotel. Instead, a massive private event filled the lobby and...

"The staff were so accommodating! Excellent hotel!"

"Would prefer a freezer in the fridge and a coffee maker in the room. Shuttle to the airport would also be nice. Staff was nice and helpful but had to wait at times because there was only one person at the counter. Sheets had small stains so I requested new ones. Layout of hotel was good and easy to manage."

"The lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Personally, I think they should make more of an effort to greet guests as they walk by the lobby desk. Room is clean. The shower water temperature could be hotter. I keep it turned up all the way and it’s never too hot."

"Very nice hotel. Good location for restaurants and near the ferry/ train. Such nice and kind employees, Very nice chill bar and bartenders .comfy bed. Clean room. Food was good. Had a burger 🍔, gluten free. ( no bun ) delicious. Drinks are 18$ -19$ though! Unfortunately I couldn’t get up to the roof top. Being closed both days I was there. Would stay again"

"The staff were wonderful. The room was clean. However, I experienced considerable noise from adjacent rooms and outside, so slept poorly."

"Elevators are slow but great area and room was very spacious. I know we are in NYC but on Saturday night there were people at the club across the street (11 floors down) who were partying and screaming until at least 4:30 am. My whole family slept through it but I couldn’t. Bathrooms are very nice too."

"le ménage n'a pas été effectué entièrement chaque jour l'hôtel n'a jamais répondu à mon mail situation excellent quartier très agréable"
