Spotless clean room, tall ceilings, our room was spacious although some may be smaller. We had a gorgeous city view. Even came with free tea and coffee which was really nice on a freezing night. Front desk was polite and efficient.

Honestly the best stay I've ever had in New York. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I didn't have to ask for anything because they were on point. The Breakfast provided was also delicious. Would most definitely come back.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was pleasant. They had a coffee and tea bar which was great. I had a fridge in my room but no microwave. The microwave was downstairs. I didn’t like that there weren’t convenience stores within a block. I had to walk multiple blocks to get one. But they did have convenience stuff to buy in the hotel. Overall a pleasant experience.

Awesome stay

Great hotel and location. Breakfast was awesome and worth the little bit extra you pay. Quick walk to the subway and quick ride to anywhere you want to go from there!

We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had at the Feather Factory. In a safe location with plenty of free street parking around the corner. The room was clean and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We were barely at the hotel but it served its purpose and was a great value relative to nearby hotel options.

Hotel was older but had just enough of what we needed and close/clean proximity for where we needed to go. Front desk staff were okay- check in took a bit and couldve been friendlier. The breakfast was great and well run by the staff manning it. We would stay again just could see a few improvements
