"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"Simple, clean, and friendly. Location is a bit far from subway but the free shuttle more than makes up for that."

"In any other location in the country this would be a $150/night motel. It was clean and it was quiet enough to sleep, but it’s super basic and there were multiple things broken or breaking in our room. I would have been very happy at $150/night, but at $300+ it was hard to swallow."

"le ménage n'a pas été effectué entièrement chaque jour l'hôtel n'a jamais répondu à mon mail situation excellent quartier très agréable"
