This was the second time we stayed at the Hyatt LIC. We also invited friends and family to stay with us for an event we were attending. The staff is amazing, I feel like we became fast friends with them! The bar and lobby area is relaxed and fun. The rooms are great and there is parking on site. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The location was also a big plus. There are several subway stations nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York!

We're very glad we stayed here? It's a stone's throw away from Manhattan, and hospitable and spacious which is hard to find in the city. The staff was generous and helpful and the surrounding neighborhood was great. Wonderful place to stay especially if you have a small family, for a few days.

We stayed here on our first trip to NYC from Wisconsin, and we were very pleased with our stay! The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient. Being able to park right at the building was a huge plus. The free breakfast was also great and gave us a good start before our long day of exploring the city. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with helping us navigate the subway and get around NYC. Overall, a great experience for our first trip to New York City!

This hotel has a good, central NYC location without the expense or hassle of being in Manhattan. It would be a nice thing if there was some complementary bottled water in the room. Especially nice if you are tired and thirsty after traveling all day. The breakfast is quite good but seating can be limited at high traffic times. They really need to have hot oatmeal.

I had a fantastic stay. I’m very picky about hotels, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked this hotel for the first week of the US Open and it is close to the subway stops. This hotel is in a central location with plenty of shops, food and stores nearby. The staff were also so friendly and helpful and kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great. It was filling and convenient. The food and coffee tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a full breakfast buffet of hot food. The rooms and lobby area were all very clean and well-maintained. I had no complaints. There is also a parking lot right in the property. I left my car there for 3 days during my stay. The hotel was also accommodating when I had to bring my dog to stay overnight at the hotel at the last minute when I had an issue with a dog sitter nearby. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.
