Friendly staff, great quiet location, clean room, spacious for basement room. All amenities, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. also dining table with chairs, bedside cabinet and table for work purposes, etc with chair. Would definitely book again.
The hotel was in a great location for the festival i was attending and the pri e was fair, the showers area was a bit confined but managable, great walking distance to tons of places to eat and really nice area its quiet and peaceful
It was really good and great friendly staff.
Only thing that would make it better is something better to cool the room down than a fan.
Would definitely recommend!

Great staff. Lovely neighbourhood… room is smaller but did the trick.
A hotel in an excellent location for a reasonable price.
2 negative things: thin walls (take earplugs) and hard beds
Apart from this it was an awesome base camp to explore the usual London touristy things.
The hotel was clean and bed made daily, the mattress was harder then my girlfriend would have like but individual preference. The location is amazing and it’s a very nice looking building idea for those that want a good bed to sleep in a night but are planning to see London
Best location, Easy going, Dining and Cafe nearby , especially your staff name’s Freshja (can’t remember his name) I love his friendly and always great support.

The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes from the circle line and just a little further for a central line tube. There is parking at the hotel and nearby. The hotel is very clean. We had a luxury room on the second floor which a very spacious and has a small kitchenette etc. however the bathroom is extremely small and the room is extremely warm, even in the middle of November. We needed the fan on and the window open to sleep comfortably.

Liked: Staff & service
I know London's a challenge but this room was small. It was front ground floor and loud with street noise. Bathroom fan didn't work and the door had to be forced shut. There was no AC and no fan, but we were able to open the window for some breeze at night. Staff were friendly.
Pros:
Wonderful staff! (Shoutout to Sam at the front desk)
Full kitchen with fridge, 2 top stove burner, microwave and kettle- you can even ask for cutting knives and pans at the front desk
Space heater
LOCATION: Amazing walk ability: less than 1000 feet to PureGym, many pubs and food and shopping
Only .3 miles from the nearest train station (Bayswater)
.4 miles to Kensington park
Clean everyday with fresh linens, coffee refill, and dish cleaning
Cable TV
Cons:
Rock solid bed- we would wake up every two hours or so with sore hips and shoulders (we’re in our late 20’s sooooo do with that what you will)
WiFi SLOW, if existent at all
Pretty tight space, like you have to step out of the bathroom to dry off and if you sit on the toilet your knees touch the sink
Thin ceilings, we were on the first floor and the room above us had kids and they would wake us up at like 6:30am running and stomping around and they would keep us up past 11p doing the same thing.
I like staying here when i come to London the price is fair the location is excellent for all types of activities and its quiet surprisingly the staff is excellent and helpful and i will be back next year for carnival save me a room
The hotel itself looks dated. Apperared like a bedsit with hob and kettle. Window was open when we arrived. No aircon in the room was a tight fit but dud the job for night sleep. Not a lot of plugs to charge items near the bed.Was expecting a little more. But the reception was accomodating and friendly.
Reception staff was awesome! Made our stay a lot easier by helping get transportation to where we needed to go.Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The only two issues, no face cloths or ice available.
While the hotel is clean and seems to be well run the bed was literally as hard as a rock so we barely got any sleep.
It was literally like trying to sleep on the floor.
