Felt more like a cheap hostel Poor state of repair ,cramped rooms and breakfast was awful ,end up with 2 eggs and beans that it and toast . This hotel would not survive elsewhere as it's cheap and photos don't match the website your are conned into booking , avoid

Feel very dirty everywhere. Washroom is super small not enough room to move around at stand shower. Head hits on the mirror when use sink and toilet flush doesn’t work properly. There is no AC or Air circulation in the room. I didn’t find anything to appreciate. Sorry to share my experience.

Really an amazing deal ! Yes, the hotel could use a fresh coat of pain and some more modern decor, but honestly it’s not the most important thing. Our room (double bed for two people) was nice, easy to access and with functional windows. The staff at the front desk and breakfast was really nice. The hotel is ideally placed, thanks to that we walked almost everywhere. Great deal !

The room was clean and recently refurbished, with all new fixtures. The staff was friendly and there was always someone at the desk. The breakfast was a limited menu with table service, which was good. That said, to calibrate expectations, it's an old building and there's no lift. There seemed to be some ongoing renovation, which didn't impact us but it suggest the facilities will continue to improve. The bathroom was clean and new, but there were no shelves and just a tiny sink. There is no air conditioning, but the window could be opened and there was a desk fan in the room. In summary, a good value for the money in London.

The chap on the front desk was super helpful, but the room and the heating was ridiculous. 20 degrees outside and the radiator that couldn’t be turned down was on full blast. Had to leave the window open and it was very loud outside, so struggled to sleep. For such an affluent area you’d think this place would be in very good condition, but the shower leaked all night and the bathroom door didn’t shut, and you could sit down and shut the door due to the right space. They did let us use the luggage storage while we went out for the day which was very helpful though. Wouldn’t stay again though even at £92 for the night

No lo recomiendo, el lugar no es muy limpio, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no cuentan con elevador, el desayuno es el mismo todos los días, no hacen bien la limpieza de la habitación. El ultimo día nos dejaron sin agua caliente en la regadera. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Staff was willing to help with requests but not complete! Toilet seat was loose and we reported it several times! Also-locks in front door and bathroom were loose not secured! Also reported but nothing was done! It looks like there was never a maintenance person available! It’s a shame as it has excellent potential!

Viejo, en mal estado, con colchones por los pasillos... Los hoteles ingleses son malos en general, pero este en particular... Solo tiene buena la ubicación, y que entra el desayuno, el cual no es gran cosa pero al menos incluye un par de huevos fritos si los quieres en condiciones. Un hotel para mochileros, abstenerse gente con escrúpulos.

This was a very good stay. We stayed for 5 days and the staff is super friendly! Its a 2 star hotel but its like a house and I enjoyed that. Me experience was a good one. My only thing was the bathroom, the placement of the toilet was very cramped to the wall and was uncomfortable for me being a big man. But over all it is a nice place. The location is excellent like 4 minute walk to Victoria Station and Wicked musical. And a few more minutes the Buckingham Palace. Know it is a 2 star hotel not a resort!

A ver...el hotel es muy simple. Si buscas un sitio para dormir que esté bien ubicado, está puede ser tu opción. Si buscas un hotel bonito... entonces no es tu opción. Para mí es importante que la habitación y el WC estén limpios (y lo estaban), que esté cerca de los lugares importantes (está a 8 minutos de la estación Victoria, donde llega el metro, el tren y los autobuses); además puedes ir andando al Big Ben (25 min andando), al palacio de Buckingham (25 minutos andando)... Si no te gusta andar, tienes muy buenas conexiones en metro. El desayuno es muy básico (dos rebanadas de pan Bimbo, dos huevos fritos/cocidos, mermelada, mantequilla, cereales, zumo, salchichas, alubias, y leche) para mí era suficiente porque Londres es carísimo y con esto te ahorras un dinerillo. Pasa una carretera en frente, pero no es ruidosa. Hay dos supermercados muy cerca. La cama era correcta. Toallas limpias a diario. Te dan secador de pelo y jabón. No me ha gustado que cuando te guardan las maletas, no están bajo llave ni custodia de nadie. La chica de pelo largo del desayuno es bastante antipática, pero el resto del personal es amable. No cuidan las estética del hotel, están los pasillos llenos de tablas, muebles, azulejos...como si estuvieran de reformas; pero dado que la habitación estaba ordenada y limpia, a mí personalmente lo demás me da un poco igual porque es económico. El armario daba miedo (le hubiera venido bien una mano de pintura). Aún así, repetiría.
