We had a wonderful stay and were greeted by Roman, who was very welcoming. The room was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the venue’s location close to the O2 Arena was really convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. Check in was a bit difficult at first but Roman kindly upgraded us to the penthouse suite which was a beautiful room. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was really enjoyable with lots of good options and food seemed fresh and plentiful. Would stay again for sure!
