We had a lovely stay. Check in was a bit difficult at first but Roman kindly upgraded us to the penthouse suite which was a beautiful room. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was really enjoyable with lots of good options and food seemed fresh and plentiful. Would stay again for sure!

Unfortunately the steam is probably the worst I've been to, there was a draft which resulted in the steam not lasting for 3 minutes and not warm. Also the sauna wasn't working. The dinner menu didn't have a vegan or vegetarian option and was was very basic. The room was nice, but Coventry City FC were staying and I believe they had better river views on the 3rd floor as we were stuck in the corner with views of apartments opposite. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for vegan, vegetarians and cooked options.
