I stayed in the compact room. It’s definitely snug but it does the job. If you want to size up, you should if space is a huge deal. It had all the amenities I needed. Towels were easy to retrieve and the ability to chat with staff was very nice. The placed was cleaned before I entered and I could tell. The heat was easy to adjust. The only downside is that my room was across from the luggage storage so that generated quite a bit of noise. I highly recommend staying here!

The accomodations offered for the price were great!!! Very well located in central London! Quiet and safe! One thing to be aware of!!! Our studio was located on the third floor with no available elevators and extremely steep stairs!!! Quite difficult at our age ! But overall a great stay with an excellent mattress to rest on!

Top notch customer service

The hotel changed ownership literally a day before we came so that created a bit of confusion on our part. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid. Location to the tube was good and we didn’t notice city noise.

Clean, nicely presented room. The pass code for the front door did not work meaning one of us stayed in the room when the other went out. The staff was unresponsive when presented with this problem. Very frustrating.

A Home Away From Home

The mini apartment felt immediately like home. The sleep was lovely with the patio door open and fan breezing around the room. The location is wonderful, with easy transportation access, and fabulous food options. Make sure to check out Carriconis Italian two blocks away!

We loved this hotel. Perfect for me and my daughter. Great location. Will definitely come back. Only downfall was no hand soap or papertowels or handrier in the luggage room and lots of people were using it. That is literally the only thing I would change!

My room had a constant smell, the bathroom cupboard is rotting away, I was bitten by bed bugs numerous times, some idiot put a pizza in the microwave in room 115 and everyone had to evacuate for the London fire brigade. The aerial for the T.V was not connected..I had to do it. Every other time I have stayed with you has been very good...but this time it was awful.

Gym was inaccessible with no response to let me into do a workout. The keyless access is a pain. The one time I got into the gym the equipment is poor and one was broken. Was told that my room smelling of damp was normal and to be expected. I would avoid if you can.

Check in was terrible.  They have 3 locations and the Expedia confirmation email directed us to the wrong one. Had to go to 3 different locations before we were able to find our room.  Then had to call for assistance just to get in the front door since we never received an email stating that pre checkin was required. It was a stressful experience and waste of time. We booked here because of the gym. It would have been nice but the cable machine was broken and no display on the rowing machine. All in all, not a place I would ever recommend.

La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. Metro Earls Court a 5-7 minutes de marche et en bonus un méga Tesco a moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Bon hotel, bien situé Un seul bemol quand on a la malchance d'avoir une chambre sur ls rue c'est extrêmement bruyant et toute la nuit des travaux d'isolation s'imposent. Après réclamation, le prestataire a proposé un check out tardif et un petit déjeuner
