The staff were amazing when we arrived. Loved the breakfast and the staff there. Close to Earl’s Court Piccadilly line, West Brampton station and convenient bus stop across the street. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and overall a great stay!

Great refurbished rooms, super helpful and kind staff with great facilities, lovely clean hotel and close by tube and bus station. Only downside was the slightly grimy street outside with constant presence of police or ambulances, however that is not the hotel's fault!

It’s new and clean as described in official photos. However the air conditioning was poor and it’s hot at night at 24degree and cannot be changed. There was also irregular noise from the bathroom drainage hole so it’s hard to have a good night sleep.
