Great location, convenient for walking to several tourist spots, staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities were well maintained, the buffet breakfast was good.
Beautiful property, friendly staff, lovely shower and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Would recommend! But please note you will need a photo ID to register!
The room was nice and clean. There’s an underground station right across from the hotel, making transportation very convenient, whether by metro or walking. We were satisfied as a family and would choose it again if I return to London. I recommend it.
The entire staff was most friendly and helpful. The club level benefits were a very nice addition. Room was great, comfortable bed and huge television. The breakfast was nice. We did ask for poached eggs and they were brought out cold, returned and new ones served cold again. Otherwise a most enjoyable stay.
It was a very good hotel. The property is newly refurbished, and the room was spacious. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The reception team—and especially Mara—were very helpful and welcoming.
The only drawback was that our room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it.
The location is excellent, literally right next to Blackfriars Underground Station.
Overall, it was a great hotel for a long stay (7 days) with our family of three.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the front desk was so kind, gracious and helpful. They even helped me to order a new luggage because mine broke on arrival. It is dead smack in the middle of everything that you want to be near, I literally walked every wire while I was in London also, the room was very spacious, gorgeous views The Chinese cricket restaurant with some of the best Asian food I have ever had. In fact I ate there almost every day. I would definitely go back to this hotel. In fact, I plan on returning very soon.
Great hotel in central location but not too central. Clean, great staff, food was nice and overall 4.75/5. Just had an issue with the shower re drainage but otherwise great. Made a great effort for Easter with kids and Club benefits were a nice touch. Will definitely come back.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were great! We arrived a couple hours before check in and they offered to take our bags. We were traveling with our toddler and I mentioned we had three large suitcases, a pack n play, and a car seat and they assured us it was no problem and our bags would be in our room when it was available. Someone came out to our car to load our luggage and sure enough when we got to our room it was there. Our room was very spacious and clean. When I checked in they asked if we needed a cot in the room and I said no. When we got to the room, it was there and after calling reception, someone was at our door in seconds to take it away. On our last trip to London we stayed with a big chain and had an awful experience so we did more research this time and we’re so glad we did! Not only will we stay at this location again but we even said “we may be Hyatt people now” after our stay. Honestly, zero complaints!
Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful. Hiccup during check in unheard of from a star hotel but the behvaiour of the front desk, manager and others helped to manage the disappointment.
