Excellent stay. Bedroom was spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind. Hotel is very well located near an Underground stay that serves many lines and has plenty of restaurants and shops around. Will definitely go back.

A non standard room layout but it worked and was functional. Very clean and plenty of power and USB points if one is working. Convenient location 5 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube station and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very good location. Only negative we had is that the room had very little storage for clothing. No shelves or drawers in room. Some shelving and hangers in small shower room. Not convenient when two or more people are sharing a room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family and I felt comfortable asking them any questions. I wasn’t very thrilled about the bathroom set up. Having the toilet, sink, and shower all separate was not the best.

Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

One of the best features in walking distance from 4 tube line that'll take you anywhere. The hotel is also air conditioned which is great during hot weather. The hotel is in excellent condition, recently renovated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. Second time here and would stay here again.
