Clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Decor a little shabby. Staff on the desk very helpful, more authentically kind than having super-slick manners. Felt they were looking out for my elderly mum and me which was nice.

Great Find and Reasonably Priced

I booked two superior rooms for the Coldplay concert at Wembley. The hotel was easy to find, we were allowed to park at the hotel, check in was straight forward and our rooms were very comfortable. The staff are professional and helpful. We took the bus to Harrow on the Hill tube station and then the tube to Wembley Park station. Transport links are great in London and we had no difficulty returning to the hotel after the concert. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would return again.
