Stayed in the Gladstone - lovely room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was fabulous with a super shower. Checking in was easy, arrived late but the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from with good options, staff were also lovely. Really enjoyed our stay!

The pool ceiling needs repairing. Would have been helpful to know in advance about pool availability due to closure for swimming lessons. Very good value breakfast with good choices. Would stay again.

A wonderful stay and a place we will definitely re-visit. My youngest has autism and often struggles in unfamiliar environments, but the suite we had was calming, clean and large. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. A nice relaxing break after a busy morning of walking around the Warner Bros studios

Breakkie was very good. The short haired blonde with glasses (sorry, don’t know her name) who worked in the dining area was just a delight. All staff were friendly and accommodating. That’s all I ask for in staying at a hotel.

e had a lovely short stay before visiting Warner Brothers Studios. The historic buildings and beautiful gardens make this a fantastic location, with the added bonus of a Harry Potter filming spot as a hidden gem for fans.

Lovely hotel

Visited Harry Pooer tour had a wonderful time . Caught a taxi from tour to hotel easy and not very far . Used the swimming pool lovely facilities , clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast there was a lot of choice

Poor lighting in superior room as was there for an event really struggled to put make up on right as did my partner when he had to trim his beard into shape. Same for the bathroom lighting. Room could have done with another mirror in another place. Not great choice of hotel food menu. Bed not big enough for 2 grown adults especially if adult size are not petite.

Typical English breakfast with a few other options. It's about 25 mins walk to the WB studio tour, which is why I stayed originally the first time...but I've been back since because I love the venue. Staff were amazing....I've stayed here a few times and they've always looked after me. I'd give ten stars if I could.
