Clean comfy room. WiFi worked and it was quiet. Not close to The Hyde park area for BST gigs but easy enough to get there on public transport or with taxi. Friendly helpful staff. Had no issues at all. Close to lots of amenities. Would definitely use again

We knew it was a budget hotel but the lack of minimal structure like shelves makes the tiny room even more suffocating and messy. Of course you're not staying in the room but even if it's tiny, it has to be functional. And for the price you pay (expensive, I would say for a budget choice) we will never stay there again.

The rooms are so small you can’t move in them . The first room we were offered was awful there was only a two foot square to stand in bed and a tardis bathroom. Not recommended if you what comfort . They need to pay you to stay in the first room I was offered.

For 1-2 people it is okay for a very short stay. The location is near a major underground line which is convenient. Would recommend if you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind having no extra space.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I'm usually tolerant and knew the property would be small as I've stayed in easyhotels in Manchester and Belfast. However this place is so small its almost like a Monty Python sketch!.

Tiny room but we knew that on booking

We paid for a window. Glad we did otherwise it would have felt like a box. Room was okay, very small. Shower curtain was very old and smelly

Budget hotel not clean

Although we realised this was a budget hotel the room was dirty, the shower plug hole was full of hair and scum, the window seal was chipped and dirty, the bed uncomfortable and the floor unclean. The staff were polite but overall this was a very disappointing stay.

The bathroom was just dirty, I couldn't face showering in it so checked out early and got showered at work. Also place advertises as air-conditioning in the rooms, there is but you can't control the temperature- what is the point !!!!!
