Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again!

Our room was on the ground floor. Not my favourite location but it was ok. The room are very small with a lot packed in. Don’t bring a lot of luggage. Nice bathroom but smelly from the drain. Not sure why but reception start playing music at around 06:45. I put eye plugs in as it was quite loud. Overall not the best but not the worst hotel we have stayed in. Very convenient for Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have been staying in various hotels around Paddington for work and this is by far the best. The lobby was welcoming (and smelt nice!) and the room was super comfortable, bathroom was modern/clean. I will definitely stay here again.
