Room was clean. And a good size for a cheep room in london. I was on the 3rd floor. If i had heavy lugage it would have been a challenge get it up to the room. However would stay again as the microwave and fridge was realy handy.

Lovely 2 night stay

I had a really lovely stay at the Hyde Park apartments. I stayed 2 nights and would happily stay again. The room was a really good size, bright and airy, had lots of amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The floor could have done with a bit more of a thorough sweep but that would be the only very minor piece of feedback.

A good location, nearest tube 2 mins walk. Close to Hyde park and with a few bars and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable with good facilities. The only drawback is there are no lifts. Carrying luggage up several flights of steps to the loft area is oxygen depleting!

Great location

Good value for money for a property in a great area. Close to Paddington Station and other Underground stations, next to Hyde Park and endless establishments for food and drink. The only downside in apartment 1 is that the double bed is actually only two single mattresses pushed together. Nice firm mattress otherwise.

Much better than I expected. I travelled on a budget with 2 children and really was pleasantly surprised. Compact and completely sufficient. Not the most comfortable bed but ample for what we needed. I would definitely stay again

Front desk staff was always friendly and helped carry our suitcaaes to our floor. The first room we saw was on main level but wanted something higher for we could leave window open and they kindly allowed us to move. Beautiful area and only a two minute walk to Hyde Park.

Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date.

The room itself was tiny. That was ok bc it was close to Hyde park and convenient to both lancaster and paddington tube stations. No ac but it was fairly cool and we knew this in advance. Room was advertized as having a kitchen and pics showed kitchen and dining area. In reality kitchen was one ciunter w sink microwave toaster and kettle. Dud have dishes for 2 but nowhere to sit except on the bed. Entire place i cluding bathroin was about 10x10. Never got clean towels despite asking for them. No maid service at all. Funally found towel storage and got our own. Water smellsd of sulfur. Not hotels fault but smell became too strong after wet towels sat in bath for days. Also a lot of street noise at night and people rattling doirs all night. Would not recommend

Solid option for a solo traveler who is planning on being out and about. The bed was comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm. A couple of complains are, the heater is not very strong. It wasn’t cold when I stayed there, but I feel like it would be inadequate on a cold night because the window does let in a little air through the cracks. Also the toilet paper was like fast food napkins, so I had to bring my own.

Family stay

The location was great, and the bedroom was comfortable, much appreciated aircon unit (it was extremely hot in the apartment for February), good price due to Tesco vouchers, but I wouldn't stay here again. The "deluxe apartment" was very small, bedroom was fine, but living room was tiny, we were not in it much so not a huge deal but not very deluxe. It was on the top floor, no lift and around 6 sets of stairs up, so hard going after a long day in London. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, maybe ok for young children but too small and uncomfortable for ours.
