"This hotel dissapointed me little bit because they charged me 140k dong on the checkout for consuming 1 little bottle of chilled water & small red bull.There was not any notice that if guest consume drink out of fridges,have to pay extra when checking out.This is really bad not providing notice.Otherwise not bad ."

"We had booked a garden view room. But the room had no view. Tujaer was planted 1m from the window.
The hotel much longer than the garden. So obs. when ordering.
(Was offered room with 2 single beds while we wanted double. We ended up upgrading to suits for $ 15 extra per night. Do they suspect they had a strategy for this?)

"I dont usually leave reviews but this place and its location was pretty decent, and to be honest the staff made it even better. Their service is immaculate, they're extremely helpful with all my asks/requests (alot) often going above and beyond to help and asking for nothing in return. From basic room needs, to stuff like helping me pack me bags to ensure its within my allowable. Will definitely come back."
"I'm impressed. The room is clean and comfy Staff was very helpful. I found that they have casino on ground floor next to lobby. The hotel was very near to the airport (takes 10 mins/ 80,000-90,000VND) and well-known;taxi didn't get lost."
