The property was very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast food was very gooad and there was a new variety of choices everyday. The roof top bar was under slight construction but was very nice. I have stayed at fine hotels all over the world and the staff and service at this hotel was by far the best I have ever experienced. The location was close to shopping, dinning, and entertainment.

Fantastic boutique hotel! The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced—Katy, Nelly, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations and fix any issues that arose. The room was as described with a wonderful view of the Ben Thanh market. It’s in a great location with many attractions within walking distance.
