This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking.

I recently stayed at The Mira Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they address this in the future, as I would love to return.

The Mira Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. All of the staff are friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had an issue and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accomodate me. I will definitely be back anytime I stay in the area.

From the first time we walked into the door, the staff seemed professional and well trained. The room was fantastic with a great selection of channels in English. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was awesome. The complimentary buffet was great.

Overall a good hotel

Overall good hotel to stay in. A few things may require some investment, such as putting a power plug next to the bed table. Also, no hot water during my first night

Overall is ok, just that I am disgusted with a used condom on the room which I had just checked in on the first day. Isn't it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I booked business room. This i believe shouldn't be happening. On my last day they offered me for a free upgrade to my next trip but I think I won't be back.

Paid for an upgraded deluxe room and was given a standard room. Called the reception and they didn’t understand much English and so gave up complaining as it was really late. The bath leaked when having a shower so the floor got wet and slippery.
