The hotel's receptionist was nice and tried to help but unfortunately the hotel rooms for this location and a nearby location werent clean and I really feel like paying overprice while not having a good sleep. The location is nice with good food and locals, fortunately.

Felix Hotel offered me a pleasant stay. It is well located close to the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, where you can easily walk to travel agencies, pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a good time in Saigon. The staff is very supportive and there is a Cafeteria next to the Hotel with a kind lady who offers good and not expensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

3-Day Stay - Recommended

Nice budget-friendly hotel in District 1 along a quiet side street. Great service (we loved talking with Philip!) and comfortable rooms. A few things didn’t work (bathroom light, hair dryer) but we didn’t find this to be a massive inconvenience. Spacious, and mini bar was refreshing and fairly priced. Would stay again.

This hotel does not quite match the pics on the website, there's been some artistic license there! However great location, adequate rooms and really helpful reception staff who will help organise trips and onward travel.

Bui vien walking street is super noizy place and this hotel is just 5 min away from there. If you are planing to stay whole night over there it would be a perfect place but for me. I was looking for a cheap hotel and found a wrong place. 😂 This hotel is not that bad compare to its price.

Hotel is down an alley away from the noise of the busy street. Clean room & decent water pressure. Plenty of food options at the doorstep & beer drinking street only a 2 minute walk away. My room had no window, but that wasn’t a negative. Staff are warm, friendly & speak English. Best to have data & google maps when first finding the hotel.

The location is good and easy to access, once you know where to turn from the main street. Room was ok, AC and fan did work, water kettle was available. Everything was clean.👍 There were no towels when I checked in, they brought one, after I checked at reception.

Massive room, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, bar fridge and friendly staff While the room was large, it was very dated and had lots of marks on the walls and mould in the bathroom The bathroom doesn't have a door from the bathroom to the bedroom A good place to stay for a night or so as it's in a convenient location in the back streets

Escape to District 1

Felix Hotel has been my "go to" place to stay in Ho Chi Minh for the past two years. Nhi and the other staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Whilst it is starting to show its age now, and some rooms could do with a make-over, the value for money is still outstanding. Centrally located in District 1, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the sreets. Felix Hotel is a hidden gem and a great spot to escape for a day or five.

Great location, literally one street off from Bui Vien but no issue with noise. Very convenient to little shops and food stalls including motorbike rental. Gets a little tricky in the alley but you’ll get use to it. Grab order are easy assessable as well. Stayed here off and on for a few weeks, great for the price. AC can be a little colder but wasn’t an issue, clean and simple inside the room. Would recommend especially for the price and location.

Laundry service offered was bad. Location good.

Good location, very central. Staff very kind. Rooms okay, beds reasonably comfy but they are dated. They need to be better at making sure people are quiet at a certain time, walls were thin and we could hear shouting at midnight and early hours. Then at 6 am someone decided to leave their door wide open with their TV loud??? This has happened a few times on our Asia trip. It’s very strange and rude. Please tell customers to be more considerate of others. DO NOT USE THEIR LAUNDRY SERVICE. Our clothes weren’t washed with soap and they didn’t smell anymore fresh than they were when we sent them. Also multiple items came back with damage to them which is annoying.
