Staff were friendly and helpful - spoke Japanese to them and they replied in Japanese (unlike others who want to try practicing their English with foreigners).
Within walking distance to D ōtonbori and Amemura, but itself situated on a quieter road. Easy to get to train stations nearby.
Bed had a comfy mattress. Free refills of tea and coffee left in our room every day.
The room itself was a bit cramped though, with no space under the bed to store luggage.
