"Location: Fabulous! Love it! About 1-2 mins away from the Kyoto Station so it’s very convenient. Would stay here again for my Kyoto trips.
Room: Smallish but had everything I need plus a king sized bed. 2 of the 4 pillows were thin and somewhat hard - difficult to describe.
Bathroom: Toilet seat was not heated but everything else was ok.
Check in was quick and uncomplicated with the small counter and helpful staff.
Check out was a breeze. I simply dropped my keycard to their designated box."
"Room was excellent, decor and ambience were excellent, food was excellent, location was excellent, staff was excellent. One of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Would 100% recommend "
"Breakfast was the main highlight of this stay! I have stayed in more than 20 different hotels across Japan and this has by far been the best, in terms of quality, value, and selection. The location is also excellent, located right opposite the JR Kyoto Station, and there are convenience stores nearby if you need them at night. The free lounge coffee, tea and drinks are also welcomed. Highly recommend this place!"
