From Sannomiya station, it was a little tricky to find the hotel at first. It is, as described, close to the station. Front desk staff were very helpful ,especially arranging Takkyubin services to send our luggage on to Tokyo. Breakfast was ample with a good variety. Happy hour and availability of hot beverages in the evening were very nice touches. Villa is next to a market..with Daiso upstairs!!! Would stay here again.

The rooms were a good size and even had a couch to sit on in them. The bathroom was small but clean and sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to food spots and the train station. It was a good location and would stay again if in Kobe.

This is a lovely hotel, right near to the station. Our room was a little small but also very comfortable. We enloyed the public areas of the hotel and especially the 5pm happy hour offering. There are many dining options nearby with good quality of food and reasonable prices.

Hotel is located in a convenient area where there's a supermarket beside it and a sheltered multi storey carpark for travellers who are driving to park at a reasonable rate. Amenities are within 15 minutes walking distance. Hotel Breakfast selection is limited but hotel room is clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

This place has the most unique happy hour..... essentially it is a free of charge happy hour with free wine and liquor and snacks in the lobby/restaurant area! The staff even say you can bring some snacks and a drink to your hotel room! Very helpful staff.
