Room was clean, spacious, offered a laundry mat, and was close to many different attractions in Kobe! It is a place I would book again! Check in process was very easy, and a very convenient 7/11 next door for any late night snacks! A great place to spend a few nights!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Very closed to Sannomiya station. I also found if going through the aeon supermarket building, the hotel was very closed to one of the entrances. It was so convenient to stay so I extended my stay twice. I also like the rooms I stayed in, they were both clean and quiet.

Smaller Japanese size room but very efficient layout. Hotel within easy walking distance to Sannomiya Station which has a direct link to Kobe Airport. Easy check in process and after arriving at 23:00 from a long flight nice to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff person.

Nice business hotel

Nice business hotel close to the central Kobe station. The rooms had a good size for a business hotel. The breakfast is arc the café at the ground floor. First morning it was very crowded. Second morning it was half empty. Mostly Japanese breakfast. Convenient location to explore Kobe and it's surrounding.

Highly recommended!

Hotel provides almost everything, from personal facial cleansing products, hair gel and even sunblock cream for u. Location is excellent. Close to the JR, underground and coach station. Loads of restaurant, convenience store and supermarket in the area. There is a tourist center at the train station.
