The lobby was spectacular and the elevator super cool. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different options. The view was really nice looking over the harbour. It’s a bit far from any shops or restaurants but the park land around the hotel is lovely. The only thing I really didn’t like was the cruise ships that dock alongside. The engines run all night, sometimes the music is loud and obnoxious although it didn’t go late. But it meant I couldn’t sit on the lovely balcony.
But if you don’t mind being a bit far out from the centre it’s probably quieter than the main area of the city.
Great hotel by the harbour. We upgraded to the executive lounge which was well worth the money- we had afternoon tea, dinner, evening snacks and breakfast.
Beautiful space, views amazing from any room. A little ways to get to— but worth it as you are right by the water. Love the surrounding atmosphere. Family friendly. Shopping mall and restaurants just across-endless things to see, do, and eat.
We received a pleasant surprise of room upgrade to a corner suite room, which was spacious and had a large balcony. At night we enjoyed the cooling breeze. The room and amenities were well set up. Breakfast buffet also offered a good variety of choices.
The service drinks before checking in!!!
We love love the view, the staff are very friendly and accommodated our luggage before check in, and big room with 3 beds for my family of 4!
Beautiful location. Great breakfast. Also enjoyed the onsite Chinese restaurant. Easy walk to Harborland and Chinatown. The recently opened health club was available for a fee— if you want to swim bring a swimming cap and check the water aerobics schedule.
Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kobe Port. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

Quiet rooms. Close to so many shops, restaurants and excursions. Gorgeous lobby.
Very good view of the Meriken Park. Enjoyed spending time and people watching in the balcony. Very close to the harborland. Mosaic is walkable if you get hungry, plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, turned out to be quite good.
Breakfast was expensive but it was great . The rooms were great , staff should speak more English. I understand I'm in japan but you only speak Japanese in Japan .
Helpful staff, great breakfast. The sunrise and the sea is amazing; note the weekend shuttles actually does not go to shin-kobe for 800 and 820 one - the note was confusing.
We had an amazing view of the harbor from our our room. Perfect location as the Meriken Park and the Kobe Tower is just outside of the hotel. The room was big for 3 people. There’s a shuttle going to the train station and there’s a Family Mart store inside the hotel too. Clean, friendly staff and a good value for the price. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. Will definitely stay again if given an opportunity again.
