送迎バスの対応が素早く、心地よい雰囲気で気分良く利用させて頂きました。 お風呂予約の変更も、気が効く対応で感心しました。 朝食を部屋でのお弁当にしましたが、お茶のペットボトルが付いて来ました。あれだけの内容なら、やはり汁物が欲しかったです。 冷蔵庫内のドリンクも付いていて最高でした。

We like the private onsen compartments for family use. We hope that the hotel can further improve their service by sending emails to customers 2 days before the booking about the hotel shuttle, so that the customers would know how to contact and arrange for shuttle bus to the hotel and where to wait for the shuttle to pick them up when they arrive at the bus stations, carrying heavy baggage.

Utterly sublime experience! We booked a fantastic spacious room with private onsen, worth every penny for the extraordinarily comfortable room — but the in-room onsen (while handy) isn’t necessary for privacy because the larger (indoor and outdoor) onsens get booked for private use anyway. The entire experience is blissful, including the wonderful meals. One night is nice but two provides a really restful stay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The shuttle bus picked us up from the train station within 10 minutes. Our luggage was already at the hotel and placed in our room. Our room was ready early so we were able to go and rest a bit. We chose a room with a private onsen which was amazing after a very long day of walking. We reserved the private onsen with both types of onsen water and used that one the first evening. The area around the hotel is very hilly so the shuttle was great.

Took a deluxe room with private bath. Beautiful hotel with very clean room. Very good service by staff. Breakfast served exactly at time requested. Shuttle bus took us to the Main Street where we needed to go. It’s just a short 2 - 3 minute drive. Will love to come back to this town and hotel

The staff were very welcoming and gracious & listened to our every request as best as possible. They were very responsive when it came to contacting them for transportation as well. Some staff can speak English very well too.

진짜 너무너무 좋았어요. 별 10개입니다. 엄마랑 시간대 맞춰서 노천탕 들어갈수 있어서 좋았어요. 아침정찬은 정갈했고, 일본식 아침 느낄수있어서 겪어보는것도 나쁘지 않습니다만 제입맛엔 역시 심심했습니다. 카톡으로 카서비스를 할수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.
