"Our stay at the Merlin Beach was lovely. Good facilities for adult and children. Service was lacking considering it is 5 star. However everyone was very friendly. I would come back again."

"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. Every cocktail was so strong we had to use sprite to dilute. Just not pleasant to drink. If you have health of leg issues. Stairs\distance of rooms from main...

"The place is fantastic, we loved the restaurant and bar from the hotel. The customer service was incredible staff alwyas wanting to help us with everything. This place is near Kata beach about 20 minutes walk lots of restaurants and bars. We've never been so relaxed on a holiday before. The breakfast is amazing, the cooking class is a must as well. We want to come back to this hotel as soon as possible. Thank you for the great memories"

"ห้องพักสะอาด ใหญ่โตกว้างขวาง ส่วนกลางเยอะดี มุมถ่ายรูปก็เยอะ แต่ห้องอาหารเช้าอาหารค่อนข้างน้อย แต่โดยรวมบริการดี ประทับใจ"

"Nice hotel in good location central to busy night life. Liked everything about the hotel but did not extend my stay due to them charging 1,000bht for guests. So had to move to another hotel without charging those fees!"

"With beachfront views, spacious and clean rooms, and a bar/restaurant attracted. This is a great location to stay in when in Patong. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel. The security was kind and welcoming, as well as the staff. 7/11 and stores are right around the corner. ps, don’t forget to walk on the beach in the morning, it’s right across the street."

"nice place on mountain slope, with great view of the sea which can be seen from balcony of spacious room, good service and tasty breakfast too. a little further away from patong beach so it s nice and quiet"

"This large hotel is in the busy shopping area of Patong but once inside it feels quite peaceful and relaxing with a lovely pool area in the centre of the accommodation buildings. We enjoyed all our meals at the restaurant even though there were cheaper options nearby."

"อาหารเช้าน้อยไปหน่อย"

"Enjoy the Burasari whenever I visit Patong, at least 12 times previously. Staff are excellent throughout. My first choice."
